MONTEAGLE-SEWANEE ROTARY CLUB

About the Monteagle-Sewanee Rotary Club

With over 1.4 million members in more than 46,000 clubs across 200 countries, Rotary International empowers community members of various and diverse backgrounds to address pressing needs in areas of healthcare, education, hunger, clean water, protecting the environment, and peacebuilding. Rotary club members identify community needs and take action through hands-on service projects, local and global partnerships, and fundraising efforts.  Since 1905, members have exemplified Rotary’s motto of “Service Above Self”.

The Monteagle-Sewanee Rotary Club was chartered on December 11, 1984, as the  Monteagle Rotary Club. In 2011 it merged with its satellite club in Sewanee to become the Monteagle-Sewanee Rotary Club, which now has over 60 members. Actively serving both communities and the nearby area, our club has become recognized as the civic organization able to make good things happen. We are a close-knit group of members who strive to make a difference, build connections, grow personally, and have fun. Join us!
